My wife, Cheryl, and I have been in ministry since our marriage in 1971.

Family has always been important to us. We have invested ourselves in our children's lives as well as in the lives of other children through neighborhood, church and summer camp programs.

The motivation at this stage in my life/ministry is to lead the church in becoming a dynamic expression of God in our community. I hear God's call to face our changing times from Jeremiah 29:11 - "For I know the plans I have for you," says the Lord. "They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope. (NLT)

I find great joy in the new worship styles of today and experience God's presence in those opportunities.
